The journey begins as it should: with a conversation. Let’s understand each other.

Are we a fit? Is what I do going to work for you and your team? If we decide yes to both of those questions, we begin the good work. I work with you and your executive leadership team in full-day sessions. In the first quarter we get you and the team tooled up for success with a clear and aligned plan to move forward. From there I help you create a customized business system that helps you grow and scale to whatever size you would like. Teams that I have worked with have realized multiples of growth, sometimes within the first year of working with me.

What Are The Elements That Help Us Reach The Pinnacle?

  • Getting the right people in the right seats is far and away the most important single driver for business success. Starting on Day 1, we get clarity on what that looks like for your organization. Next, we get those right people doing the right things at the right time. We establish clear expectations that are mutually shared so that we minimize the interpersonal friction that slows down most companies.

  • Simply stated, strategy answers the multiple questions of ‘how’. How do we make a consistent profit? How do we differentiate ourselves? How do we elevate our value to our customer? How do we manage cash? How do we grow valuation? How do we do all these things consistently? For each of these questions, there is an answer. My job is to help you get clear on what those answers are and then help you implement them throughout your organization.

  • The tools to begin running as a smoother, more efficient business are taught on Day 1. Every time that we meet thereafter, we sharpen those tools and bring in others as needed. Part of the process includes me coming in to your company and meeting with the next layer of your organization. I teach them the tools that I have taught your executive team and align them on the priorities and numbers that drive the business. Getting everyone rowing in the same direction at the same time is how I help you win as a company.

  • One of the most misunderstood elements of business. Ask yourself: how well does my team understand how the money works in my company? Do they know the importance of working capital? Do they know the difference between profit and cash? Do they know which levers to pull in order to maximize both? Do they know how valuable companies are built? My job is to teach them.

  • For most business owners, the company is their most valuable asset. As we improve and harness the four above-mentioned principles, I will be able to show you the pathway to a healthy multiple of EBITDA at exit.
